For twenty years my work has focused on a combination of creative and commercial, giving me invaluable experience and insight into the way communication, brand, writing and design come together to make businesses succeed. As a writer, I’ve worked client-side and agency-side, in the corporate, charity and Arts sectors, and hold an MA in Professional Writing.

Second only to my love of writing is my love of theatre. I’ve always enjoyed performing, in musicals, plays and improv comedy. I also get a huge satisfaction from helping people discover and develop their personal skills and self confidence through creativity. For the past few years, I have directed and coached improv groups and run improv workshops for adults, corporates and schools.

ReadWriteShine puts the full breadth of my experience to work. I believe that writing, listening and presenting, in whatever capacity, are all part of the same process. My aim is to help you produce great communication, whether it’s on the page, the stage, or anywhere in between.
